Young loner Simon Powers is amazed to learn that he has a STD despite having been celibate for three years and visits the clinic run by Dr Benham. Over the next few weeks, Simon feels his body being taken over by something else though it is ultimately for the good as he becomes a different person. But as Simon starts to feel stronger, Dr Benham's life is taking a turn for the worse.
