Overview

Following the events of the first film, Sarah Smith is found in a mental hospital undergoing therapy. During a visit from old friends, she discovers that the past is more alive than ever. So she decides to investigate and put an end to death's plans once and for all! Trying to survive, she seeks out Wilda Campos, an experienced survivor, who tells her a little secret.
